AONUA is a musical project from the South Pacific islands of New Zealand.
The music is an original blend of Polynesian instruments, vocals and native wildlife fused with modern instrumentation with the purpose of taking the listener away to a mystical South Pacific journey.
The lyrics are written in the languages of Maori (the indigenous people of New Zealand) and English, so the listener can hear the beauty of the Maori language while still understanding the meaning of the songs. Taisha is from Maori ancestory.
