Trouble shooting:
If program keeps crashing at the start up.
The QuickTime alternative may cause more problems than it fixes. I would recommend reinstalling QuickTime 7 and then setting QuickTime to “Safe Mode”.
1. Open the Windows Control Panel.
2. Once in the control panel, double-click the QuickTime icon. If you do not see the QuickTime icon, you will need to switch to “Classic View”.
3. With the QuickTime preferences window open, click the “Advanced” tab. Select “Safe Mode” and click Apply.
4. Click the Audio tab. Select “Safe Mode” and click Apply.
5. Click OK to dismiss the window. Run Sonicfire Pro again.
