This class will highlight fundamental concepts in Python and the Maya API, in order to offer beginners sufficient elements to start the API development journey, as well as, offer the seasoned developers a practical reference to the subject.
This will provide a practical introduction to the Maya API using Python programming language.
The ultimate goal is to teach the API from the grounds up with minimal C++.
An understanding of computer graphics fundamentals and familiarity with Maya is required. Knowledge of at least one programming language is assumed.
