BRAZIL: A plasma TV set, a DVD player, two refrigerators, gym equipments and $173.000 in cash were discovered when police raided the cell of a jailed drug trafficker. Genilson Lins da Silvia, who is serving 28 years for drugs, robbery and murder, had also sneaked two handguns into his cell at the prison in northern Bahia.
