Control Internet access using filters

oh boy.., luis, twice in a month got struck by flu, it zaps me out of my strength, i'm skinny now but on the way back to recovery, slowly...
abutz sorry about that man, what really happen to you? do you have your defense in your body very low? .. you should get your flu shat or my friend drink lot of Orange juice . like i told you b4 ..don't stay in bed to much time try to keep your self busy doing something .
