Key Features Bria 2.0 introduces a number of new usability and customization features to the CounterPath Multimedia Communicator product suite. For End Users • Contact-centric versus dialpad-centric: Bria’s dynamic GUI focuses around the address book rather than eyeBeam’s dial pad, enabling users to manage their communications more conveniently and according to their personal preferences. • Deskbar capability: Bria can be minimized to a deskbar, enabling the user to enjoy a manageable desktop space while still being able to make and receive calls. For Service Providers • Increased branding flexibility: Bria’s new skinning engine gives customers increased options to create customized applications to support their brand and meet the needs of their clients. • Wider advertising reach: Bria’s multiple panel layout incorporates customer specified areas for branded or revenue generating advertisements such as banner ads, click-to-call and interactive video messaging, as well as custom integration with network infrastructure. Bria 2.0 is available for Windows XP and Windows 2000; versions for Windows Vista and Mac OS 10.4 and higher are scheduled for release at a future date.
