Rainy Screensaver brings the sound and feeling of a rainy day to your Windows desktop. You could see many other rain effects and screensavers. But this one is just closer to reality.

Complex lighting and optic models were used to produce the look and feel of rain drops flowing down the window glass. Though the calculations are rather complex, the screensaver runs fast enough on 800x600 desktops even on Pentium 233 MHz

The screensaver supports all resolution modes from 640x480 to 1280x1024 and higher. You can run it in High Color, and True Color (24 or 32 bits per pixel) modes.

- Adjustable delay between lightning strikes.
- Overall speed of the screensaver you can change as you like.
- Variable screen resolution.
- Automatic restart of the screensaver after some specified amount of time.
- A list of your favorite wallpapers that are preloaded as background images for the screensaver during each run.
- The maximum CPU load produced by the screensaver. You can adjust it if you have other CPU-hungry applications running in the background.
- Interrupting screensaver by mouse/keyboard, just keyboard, or just the ESC key.
