Bla Bla Bla These programs are all the same. Windows including Vista is so easy to tweak. If you don't know how to do it yourself, then learn how before you even attempt to use one of these setting changing programs otherwise you will never learn anything.
It's easy, join a forum and learn how to use google and in no time you will be geekafied, then you can move onto Linux and learn all over again
