StarBurn is a powerful tool for grabbing, burning and mastering CD, DVD, Blu-Ray and HD-DVD media. StarBurn supports all types of optical storage media (including CD-R/RW, DVD-R/RW, DVD+R/RW, Dual layer DVD-R & DVD+R, BD-R/RE, HD-DVD-R/RW and DVD-RAM) as well as a wide variety of burning hardware.

StarBurn is easy to learn and to use. In addition to advanced DVD authoring and mastering features StarBurn offers a number of step-by-step wizards for novice users.

New features of StarBurn v.10

* Fully skin-able and theme-able wizards (not only main form as it was in V9);
* Vista-signed executables (StarBurn is “blessed” for Vista/Longhorn now);
* Blu-Ray decrypter wizard (V9 had only DVD decrypter);
* UDF 2.0 / Unicode image mastering wizard (V9 had only ISO9660/Joliet).

Main differences between patched version and freeware version of Starburn:
* Network burning unlocked. Now Mac Aero network burning functionality is available to the PC/Windows user as well;
* DVD Decrypter (missing from freeware version);
* Blu-Ray Decrypter (missing from freeware version).

Comments:
Everyone who installs this should also download and install the latest version of Duplex Secure SPTD at http://www.duplexsecure.com/downloads (and check for updates monthly, along with your other drivers and the DirectX End-User Runtime Web Installer). This is a critical file which can cause you endless grief (once installed).
