Branded Customer Service breaks new ground with an assertion that brand equity is built not just through advertising and public relations, but also through the human exchange of customer service. Customer relations experts Janelle Barlow and Paul Stewart have a passion for branding and explain in practical terms how to take a defined, recognizable brand position and then make it live through delivery of service. Challenges to consistency are discussed, as well as the internal promotion of brands, the reinforcement of brands through staff and customer interactions, and how to link brands to selling styles and messages.

Janelle Barlow is President of TMI US, partner of the multinational consulting organization, TMI International. She is a leading author, seminar leader, and international speaker. Her ability to move people to significant behavioral change is the result of decades of professional speaking.

Twice awarded the prestigious "International Trainer of the Year" by TMI, she has also earned the Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation by the National Speakers Association, on whose national board she sits. She regularly appears as a guest on CNBC's "NPR Marketplace"

Paul Stewart is a Director of TMI New Zealand, which is part of the international human-factor based business solutions company TMI International. Love In The Time Of Cholera

Set in an unnamed Caribbean seaport, Garcia Marquez’s extraordinary Love in the Time of Cholera (1988) relates one of literature’s most remarkable stories of unrequited love. “This shining and heartbreaking novel,” Thomas Pynchon wrote in The New York Times Book Review, is one of those few rare works “that can even return our worn souls to us.”

Love in the Time of Cholera (El amor en los tiempos del c?lera) was first published in 1985. It is considered a nontraditional love story as "lovers find love in their 'golden years'- in their seventies, when death is all around them".

Love in the Time of Cholera is based on the stories of two couples. The young love of Fermina Daza and Florentino Ariza is based on the love affair of Garc?a M?rquez's parents.

However, as Garc?a M?rquez explains in an interview: “The only difference is [my parents] married. And as soon as they were married, they were no longer interesting as literary figures.” The love of old people is based on a newspaper story about two Americans, who were almost 80 years old, who met every year in Acapulco.

Learning Strategies: Genius Code

What if you could develop superior mental powers similar to those from the greatest minds of mankind?

Only the Mozarts, Einsteins, and da Vincis--a microscopic sliver of the population--seem to use their brainpower efficiently.

So stupendous do their talents appear to the rest of us, that we look upon such geniuses as divinely gifted beings endowed with what appear to be supernatural powers.

But are geniuses really so different? You would hardly think it by looking at their school records or job histories.

Dr. Win Wenger's 30 years of study shows that genius is not a result of genetic superiority, but of a pattern of mental conditioning. Which means, genius is within your grasp.

What would it mean for you if you saw increases in your IQ, memory, learning capacity, mental quickness, intuition, and creativity?

We believe the possibilities are endless.

* solve any problem
* accelerate learning
* recognize golden opportunities
* supercharge your personal confidence

If you truly want to unleash the awesome power of your "genius brain" then take the tour with Peter Bissonette of Genius Code today, because...

You are brighter than you think.
